Wandering Together:
Outdoor Groups & Retreats
Wandering Together offers a supportive, nature-based group experience where participants engage in walking meditations, expressive eco-arts, sensory awareness practices, and reflective group discussion.
Facilitated by Maddy Kolker, PLPC, & Lauren McWhorter, PLPC
Space to connect with yourself, others, & nature
Inspired by Viktor Frankl’s belief that humans find meaning through connection with others, the natural environment, and personal growth & reflection, Wandering Together is designed for up to 8 adults with an interest in connecting with others, nature, and their inner selves.

Time in nature and enhanced sensory awareness can help regulate the nervous system, supporting both mental and physical well-being. Walking encourages bilateral stimulation, which can aid in the processing and integration of emotional and cognitive experiences. Sessions may incorporate art therapy elements inspired by the natural environment, themes that arise during group activities, and support around participants’ lived experiences.
