More about Laura

Laura offers a blended approach of existential theory, somatic awareness, CBT, dreamwork, EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique, Reiki, intention-setting, and ADHD support for manifesting goals, which allows her to work proficiently with a broad spectrum of issues.

While working with individuals, children, couples, and families experiencing various struggles, she has witnessed their wellness, confidence, sobriety, relationships, and physical health improve within the span of their work together. A client who presents with acute symptoms of complex PTSD may, over time, shift their focus to romantic relationships, academic and creative pursuits, or reconnecting with their sexuality.

Laura received a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University. She has been a resident of the New Orleans St. Roch neighborhood for 17 years. Laura currently offers walking/outdoor sessions, as well as Telehealth.
