Lauren McWhorter, MS, NCC, PLPC
(she/her)

Lauren collaborates with clients from a relational and a somatic perspective. She is excited to offer walking and outdoor therapy because she sees how experiencing connection with the natural world and with our bodies can help us more joyfully connect with others.

She works from the premise that cultivating these connections can offer support as we examine the contexts that have shaped our lives and perspectives, as well as grow confidence in our capacity to hold and transform our suffering.
