Offerings

We offer support to the community and mental health profession in a variety of formats.

For patients, individualized trauma-informed care is provided in a person-centered and collaborative approach. Sessions are available to adults (18+) in Louisiana with both in-person and Telehealth options. If you are not in Louisiana, you may travel to Louisiana to work with us. Information sessions are offered to those outside of Louisiana.

For practitioners, consultation services are available to mental health providers and healthcare professionals. EMDR therapists learn best practices through case consultation as they work beyond training towards certification, an advanced designation in EMDR. New clinicians receive supervision and mentorship.

While out of network with insurance, a Superbills (insurance reimbursement statements) are available. Provider fees vary to fit a range of budgets. In accordance with the No Surprises Act, fees are communicated in advance.

Individual Therapy

EMDR and trauma-informed psychotherapy is offered to adults via Telehealth.

50 min and 75 min sessions are available

with Victoria Nachman, PLPC.

Intensives

These individualized accelerated treatment programs are designed for those ready to dive deep into trauma healing. Sessions are scheduled in a short-term and intensive format, offering faster relief and results. A customized workbook informs treatment, allowing goals to be addressed before, during, and after sessions.

This is a Telehealth service offered to adults by

Averie McCauley, LCSW-BACS. Ongoing sessions are available for those wanting long-term support.
