Wandering Together:
Outdoor Groups & Retreats
In Wandering Together, participants are invited to join in walking nature meditations, expressive eco arts, sensory awareness activities, and group discussion.
Facilitated by Maddy Kolker, PLPC, & Lauren McWhorter, PLPC
Space to connect with yourself, others, & nature
Viktor Frankl posited that humans find meaning through connection with others, the natural environment, and personal growth & reflection. This outdoor therapy group is designed for 8 adult participants with an interest in connecting with others, nature, and their inner selves.

Being in nature and expanding sensory awareness assists with nervous system regulation, supporting physical & mental health and healing. Walking induces bilateral stimulation, facilitating processing and integration of emotional and cognitive experiences. Sessions may include elements of art therapy inspired by the natural world, themes that come up during the activities, and support around the lives of participants.
