Unwinding Together: A Virtual Retreat for Adults Living with Pain
Gentle Support for Complex Journeys
Chronic pain and complex health experiences—like EDS/hypermobility, scoliosis, and related conditions—can take a toll not only on your body but on your mind, your nervous system, and your sense of self.
You deserve space to breathe, connect, and be supported.
This special edition of our Resiliency Retreat Series is a trauma-informed, nurturing space created for adults living with pain. It’s a place to gently unwind—not just physically but emotionally and mentally—with the guidance of expert practitioners and the solidarity of community.
Why “Unwinding”?
Pain often brings layers of tension: in the body, in the nervous system, in our thoughts, and in our relationships with ourselves.
Unwinding is the gentle process of releasing what we’ve been holding—offering space for softening, realigning, and reconnecting with our inner resources.
This retreat is about honoring where you are and giving your system what it needs to feel a little more held.
