Dazzling Together
Virtual Retreat for EDS & HSD Zebras

Why dazzling ? A group of zebras = a dazzle! Let's dazzle together!

Join us on Saturday, May 17th, in celebration of EDS/HSD and Mental Health Awareness Month! Explore the body-mind connection with specialists Averie McCauley, LCSW-BACS, and Dr. Elisabetta D‘Agata.

Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) is complex and often misunderstood. We offer a space of safety, belonging, and authentic connection, where your experience is seen, heard, and supported. 🫶 Join us for a nurturing 3-hour virtual retreat in a small-group setting, led by two seasoned psychotherapists who bring both professional expertise and lived experience with complex health conditions.

Together, we will hold space to:

🦓 Connect with fellow Zebras

🖌️ Explore creative expression

🧠 Engage in empowering education

🧘 Breathe, move gently, and regulate

🌿 Create a supportive space at home

This retreat is thoughtfully designed for adults who may feel isolated in their health journeys to find connection and tools for mental wellness. While shaped around navigating challenges related to hypermobility, EDS, and co-occurring conditions, all experiences of complex health are welcome.
